"If whatever you seek does not already exist in this world, you will create it. Won't you? But if you fail, what will you do then? Try again or give up ...? None of you will try to create forever, because forever does not exist in your lifespan. You only have a small amount of time to your life, unlike me. I can create all that you wish to see, I can give life to whatever I see fit - I can change that which is in need of change. So I wonder ... Are you worthy of having your wish granted? Are you prepared to be judged?"
Biography
In our world there's no room for "I" - unless you break the rules."I’m a person who intends to start my own company one day, for that a logotype would be a good thing to have. Correct? At first I probably went with the flow of rules for logotypes and I neglected who I am behind my back as I went forward to create my logotype. Of course, it obviously didn’t feel quite right due to that. I turned around and neglected the logotype I had managed to create based on the rules to start over from scratch once again – this time I made sure that “I” was there and that the rules could go to hell where they couldn’t interfere with me. I ended up replacing that which before had been nothing but a regular brush will Nell. I love dragons, so it would only be natural for me to have a dragon in my logotype. Even better than just a dragon is a dragon that represents something.
It might be odd, for a company to have a dragon as a part of the logotype. Especially when the company in the “first step” won’t have anything whatsoever to do with dragons or fantasies at all … However, that doesn’t really matter to me … I want the logotype that is supposed to be for my company to represent so much more than just what I do – I want it to show what I hold dear, what I’ve within my mind and a part of who I am as a person. The colours. That’s my greatest foe sometimes. I really like colours, thus making it almost impossible to decide what I should use. At the time while I was creating my logotype I had no idea what I should use because I didn’t know what colour I really liked more than all of the others combined. I thought it was boring to just make it black, because that is in my opinion far too common for logotypes. I didn’t want a colour that would drive away or attract costumers based on their gender and I still wanted it to be colourful. At some point I realized how much I like purple, and I also realized at the same time what a good colour that would be to use. It’s a colour anyone could like, female as male, boy as girl, everyone can like purple (or dislike, for that matter). It’s not a colour that’s too girly or too boyish – it’s a colour for anyone and everyone. In the end it also became my number one favourite colour as well, there’s so many things you can create with it. With that done, both the logotype for my future company as well as Nell have colours based on purple." |
In the fantasies of a lone person's mind.“I’ve no memory what so ever from the time when I did not exist, just like everyone else I suppose. But it’s not just that – I have no memories from my past and thus I’ve no idea of where I was born nor who my parents were. I had no childhood – because I never was what you as a human may call ‘a child’. One day I was just there and I was just me; even though I might have had a hard time understanding who this ‘I’ was supposed to be.
I came to call myself by the name Nell, because I wanted something short and catchy to represent me. Though, I’ve in fact no idea where the name came from, it was just there with me and became a part of who I was supposed to be. I soon met someone who was just like me – he had no memories of his past either. We were so much alike and we ended up sticking together. Something within our minds told us to do so – and without questioning we decided to obey. A vast amount of time passed by, longer than what I can put a number on. We saw the world around evolve – yet we always stayed the same year after year. Both he and I had years ago discovered that we possessed certain abilities. I for one realized that I could give life to that which did not possess one. I was able to change and redo things to my own liking. Together we became something more, he and I. Those whom knew about us even though we lurked within the shadows of this world knew us as ‘the creators’ – catchy nickname for two beings that are so different to one and another, yet at the same time so similar. It’s a nickname I carry with pride and always will. I am a creator, the creator who changes all in need of being changed and the one who provides this world with life. Together we stood, facing a world that barely knew who we were, yet at the same time knew us even though they did not. As I finally knew what I was meant to do in this world I realized that I had become someone. For the first time I knew who this 'I' that I always keep mention is. Thanks to him and thanks to the abilities we discovered together. I can finally tell you who I, Nell, am without being empty and not knowing what has been and what will come after this.” |
Personality
Leader | Confident | Playful | Caring | Carefree
Nell is confident and strait forward when it comes to everything she believes in, does or is - simply put, everything. She isn’t afraid to stand up for herself and say or do whatever it is that she deems needed to. Protecting the one that is dear to her is her one and only priority, thus she doesn’t really care about anyone else – yet at the same time she’s not mean. She will give or do kind gestures to anyone in this world since that is her duty and reason to live. That side of her enjoys being seen, she wants to be acknowledged. One could say that she was born to be a leader; she will usually take command and be the one who make the toughest decisions if needs be. Her strait forward attitude and confidence in herself is most likely the reason for others to follow her and not finding it odd that she’s the leader without anyone saying it out loud.
Nell will, most of the time, when you see her appear to be rather carefree and happy. She’s always up to either playing games or creating something for the world. Of course she also has that rather serious and calm side to her as well, because she needs it in order to be able to judge what the world needs.
Unfortunately she cannot remove that which she deems unnecessary or that she believes to only cause trouble for those living in this world. This in turn puts a heavy burden on her and can at times make her feel quite depressed and/or sad. Even though she doesn’t care deeply about the inhabitants of this world, she wouldn’t turn away from us. She doesn’t have any strong bounds to us, it’s the world itself that her bound is to and it’s because of the suffering that she has seen throughout her life that she’s often looking at us from afar with saddened eyes. Indeed, she doesn’t carry the burden all on her own; she has Nikon along side her that has to carry it as well. It’s thanks to him that she’s able to keep going and can get through it every time it becomes too much for her.
Even though she might very well be almost as old as our planet, Nell is still like a child at times. Her curiosity knows no boundaries and just about anything that she hasn’t seen before can turn her into a little child that reacts like “what is that?”, “how does it work?” or “why did you do that?”, etc. Surely she will not ask it, but her whole soul will silently scream such questions (and similar questions). Playing games and being a little childish when she feels like it seems to also be a habit of hers. She doesn’t really care what others may come to think about her nor does she bother with any negative comments that may be thrown her way. In fact, she’s not sensitive in that way; she’s sensitive about the world, but not when it comes to matters about herself. Nell believes in herself and as long as she does that; nothing will be able to tear her down into pieces.

The future and the past views
She often questions her past, as she have nothing to return to in order to find out where she is from. Sometimes it surfaces and bothers her, since everyone but her and Nikon seem to have a past. A childhood and vague memories from the days in their youth. She envies that quietly, while she tries to not think nor worry about it too much.
Nell will often worry about the future. They've seen so much during the eons that they've travelled the world, civilisations that rise up only to later fall into ruin and be forgotten. Catastrophes leading to species demises and ice ages that has come and gone. She fears the future greatly, though she know it will have little to no affect on her and Nikon; she fears it for the sake of Mother Earth. The two of them might survive as the immortal beings they are; but what about Mother Earth? Will she still live this time; even after all life has been reset again? She's not so sure any longer.

Philosophy on life and death
She tries to live each day to the fullest, enjoying every moment she has and everything it may bring. Sometimes it's hard, but she knows she has an eternity to still be around. She doesn't take her life for granted even though she doesn't age, for one day it may come to an end anyway. Immortal or not. But it's not her own demise that she fears; it's that of of Mother Earth.
Quirks
♦ If she's really exited or happy she will usually dance and jump around. This usually results in her tripping over her own tail quite often.
♦ Nell has sometimes a hard time letting go of things and leave them be, she will often sit and stare at nothing whenever something's bothering her, making her completely ignore the world around herself.
♦ When sleeping she can only ever sleep on her right side, if she happens to fall asleep on her left side she always has some sort of nightmare. Which perhaps isn't completely true since she hasn't counted or memorized every time it has happened ... But to her it seems like her left side is cursed when she's sleeping. It simply does not work at all. Right side it is!

Deeper knowledge about Nell
Darkest Secret ...
Nell and Nikon has over the eons met both the good and the bad people of Earth. One of them she hasn't managed to tell Nikon what she caused as of yet. Once upon a time, Nell met a man from the skies, Enki. One that was very well spoken and shared his thoughts ever so exited with her as they got to know each other. He may not have been a great evil - though strict and harsh to those he deemed as lesser beings. One of which were another people from the skies, that they had put to work upon arriving. The work was much too though for his people, he would explain, they were after all more intelligent and shouldn't need to do such heavy work; when they had others to do it. And whom had been doing it for many eons. Nell didn't question, she simply observed and was allowed to stay around so long as she didn't interfere with their mission. After a while Nell noticed the change in those whom worked below ground in the dark when Enki had to force them to work harder than before. Not too long after they rebelled and refused to continue working. Distraught at this setback Enki tried to find a solution; Nell who worryingly had watched it all unfold set the seed in his mind for an idea to help him. A thought was soon born, one that may be dark. The still not-so-evolved human species was this solution and Enki had the key from their home realm with knowledge beyond that of Earth's. She placed the seed that lead him to combine the DNA of early humans and his own, creating the species we later would become.
After Enki and his kin left to return home, Nell came to regret giving him the seed of the idea; for no one ought to make us of others like so. Even if she did it in hopes of helping to save the welfare of another world and helping a friend in need.

Good habits
She's taking great care to think both once and twice before she acts upon ideas others have or that she may come up with. Better safe than sorry, is a great mindset to have. Though this hasn't always been her way of acting and is something she has had to learn the hard way. Talents/skills/strenghts Though she by nature hasn't let go of a rather playful mindset, she's very keen on sensing when not to put that side of her forward when needs be. Instead keeping it silenced within herself to let her more mature side shine through. Hopes and dreams One day she wishes to be able to create world peace and that all whom suffers will be spared from that hurt. But it shall only ever happen when the worlds inhabitants agrees upon it too along with her. That day the greatest creation shall be created at long last. Best quality She's a great listener and will happily be one to rely on if one's having a hard time. Also, she tries her best to always have a positive outlook upon things and have a positive aura surrounding herself. What she wants She always wish to see what the next tomorrow will bring and what may be hidden beyond the next sunrise. Nell sees herself as ... Confident and mature yet understanding of the young ones due to her sometimes childish behaviour. Most valued possession A branch of cherry blossom that Nikon picked for her eons ago. Most proud accomplishment Something to come. She is motivated by ... The energies in the environment and living beings around her. Positive energies motivates her the most, obviously. But at times negative energies can motivate her as well. |
Bad habits
Nell tends to sleep in the weirdest places compared to what Nikon often would wish. For example in building sites of humans or on-top of roofs in cities. It usually gets very loud in the places she decides to rest, which is quite bad for her since she really can't sleep all that well when there's loud noises around. But she is curious about us and will from time to time want to be close to us even if it affects her negatively. Weaknesses/clumsiness When she's exited she usually forgets that she has a very long tail and will often trip on it and she will at times forget to make sure to stay invisible while they're close by to humans during those times. Which may cause quite the scenes. And she doesn't really grasp the fact that Nikon will follow her wherever she goes to be there for her at all times. Fears and nightmares Her greatest fear is for the world to end in a horrific way, making the inhabitants suffer and herself along with Nikon suffer ... And her worst nightmare of all is to loose Nikon. May it be for death or to simply loosing him and not finding him again doesn't matter; both are just as frightening to her. Greatest flaw She has a tendency to be much too kind to almost everyone, especially in the past when they didn't stay hidden as much as they do these days. And she has always had a hard time realizing that some people lie to get the better of you. She will rarely tell lies, which makes her believe no one lies to her in return. What she doesn't want Loose Nikon and fail the world by creating something awful that do more harm and good. Nikon sees Nell as ... Confident, thoughtful, childish, kindhearted and caring. Greatest failure Helping mankind understand what nuclear reactions are, which later lead to us bringing about the creation of nuclear bombs. |
Favourites
Colour; None, she loves them all and deem them all as important
Place; In the sky over mountains or forests, but then again, she likes most places in this world of ours.
Food; She has never eaten anything since she came to be and doesn’t even know what “hunger” is or what it feels like to be hungry.
Season; The spring, it brings the world to life after the long slumber of winter and it brings her great joy to see all the colours burst out from the dark shades as the light increases each day.
Objects; Clouds and rain, not that they’re any objects, but she doesn’t really get close to any objects so that’s the closest thing she can mention on this one.
Thing to do; Travel the world alongside Nikon.
